Back in the day there was Bunker Spreckles, who lived fast – and died young. More recently the Bra Boys have been doing something a bit more exciting than just 3 to the beach. Even that J.O.B kid went quiet before (& after), that big movie he put out. We don’t hear of much excitement or entertainment in the surfing world these days, Sunny in a fight, hardly something that hasn’t happened before.
The surf report said it was pumping, I raced to my car… Wouldn’t start! Devo, grabbed my board ran to the beach… Managed to scrable over the ledge only to see 1ft slop, then I fell off the wall, landed on my board and snapped all three fins out! Didn’t even get in the water, what a sanga!

I love my blue watch, but this is pretty flipping rad. Designed by chinese-born, german-based product designer yiran qian, ‘eye of the storm’ is a watch without a face.
