Do you have a store?
Not at the moment, we choose to only offer an online experience. That way 100% of our time can be committed to the online experience, developing new and exciting products and spending time in the ocean!
If you’re concerned about fit please read our fit guide. If you would like to try and see the product in real life, please place an order online and then send back anything you don’t really like. Even if you wish to order a couple of sizes and return the ones that don’t fit, that is fine. We actually encourage you to do this if you are uncertain.
What currency are your prices in?
All Australian Dollars.
Will tax be added to my order?
All prices include 10% GST so nothing will be added to your order when you checkout.
Is your website secure?
Yes. And we use Pay Pal for our payments and they are very secure using an industry standard SSL.
Can I order over the phone?
Not at this point in time, all our orders are processed online. But feel free to shoot us an email and we can even give you a call back if you like!
Will you match other stores prices?
We keep an eye on store prices and ensure we won’t be more expensive that what you find out there, if you have any questions on a particular style please shoot us an email and we will help you out.
I’m experiencing problems ordering. Is there something wrong?
We recommend you use Chrome, Safari or Firefox to browse our site and you will need javascript turned on plus cookies enabled to use our website. Newer versions of Internet Explorer should also work.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept accept PayPal payments, you can pay with cash in your account or and credit card.
What happens if there’s something wrong with my products when they arrive?
Lets us know as soon as they arrive, contact us through our contact page. If we have made a boo boo we will cover any shipping costs and sort you out asap!
Privacy
How safe is my personal information?
Everything is very secure, we don’t store credit card information and keep secure your email and shipping details for our in sending your products only. Have a look at our privacy page for more information.
Do you store my credit card information?
No, never will we store any details like that.
Do you see my credit card information?
Nope. Never, it goes straight through the system and is not stored or viewed by us.
Fit
How do I know what size I am?
For Boardshorts, go check an old pair you have in the cupboard. Generally sizing is standard in our Boardshorts. When you wear boardshorts in the water they generally stretch out a little so if you are ordering a stretch style, go down on size if you think they may be a little on the big size. The stretch styles are so coumfy and will give a little when you wear them so you can afford to go a touch smaller.
Or short leg, non stretch styles wont give and you can order in your normal size.
If you order the wrong size or want to exchange them, no problems. Go over to our exchange page and we will sort it out.
What if the product doesn’t fit correctly?
We will pay the shipping on any exchanges so just put them in the post, shoot us an email and we will happily exchange them.
