Can I pick up my order?
Sorry, we are an online store and don’t allow pick ups. If you have any questions about our products, you can catch us through facebook, twitter or just email us.
How much is shipping?
Australian shipping is free! International shipping is $15. Check out our shipping page for more info.
When will my order ship?
If you place an order before 2pm on a business day we will generally get it out that day. But if you order on the weekend, it will be in Monday’s shipping.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your order number, if you need to track your order email us and we will give you an update. All orders will have proof of delivery so we know that they have arrived.
How long will it take?
Australia: Generally you will recieve your products within 3 days.
New Zealand: We ship from Australia so generally it will arrive within 7 days.
International customers should see their orders within 14 days.
